Our residential inspections cover the full scope of your property — inside and out. We evaluate the roof, attic, insulation, and ventilation. We inspect the electrical system, plumbing, HVAC, water heater, and all major appliances. The foundation, structure, walls, ceilings, floors, windows, and doors are all assessed. We also examine the exterior, grading, drainage, driveways, walkways, and landscaping concerns that could affect the home.
Most issues in a home aren't visible to the untrained eye. Small cracks, moisture stains, or improper wiring can signal much larger problems underneath. Our inspectors are trained to identify what's cosmetic and what's structural — so you know exactly what you're buying or selling.
Every residential inspection includes a detailed report delivered through our online report portal with photos, findings, and plain-English explanations. You also get direct access to your inspector for follow-up questions and a built-in Repair Request Builder for agent negotiations.

Wind Mitigation Inspections can determine if you qualify for discounts on your Homeowners Insurance Policy and more than pay for the cost of the inspection year after year!
A commercial property inspection is based on a walk-through visual inspection and testing of systems within the building to ensure that everything is working properly.
